Welcome to the Bureau of Mandatory Police Communication, where Big Brother is your best friend.  As per California statute 1776-23Aa, we're here to warn you about possible law-breakers in your community who may or may not be committing crimes as we speak and putting wholesome working men and women like you and me at risk.      But this website isn't about Government helping people.  It's about people helping people, helping build The Database.  You have to help out your fellow man by sending us the names and photos of people in your community suspected of committing crimes.      Fortunately for us and the families of California, you are required by statute 1776-23Aa to help.  If you suspect your neighbor suspects something, and has not contacted us, we will offer you up to a $10,000 reward for that information.  But you have to hurry, someone might suspect YOU suspect someone, and turn you in first.
