Most
artificial "white" light sources, such as filament light
bulbs, actually put out light in two distinct colors that combine
to form white light. This deficiency in parts of the spectrum has
been linked to many forms of depression and generally makes it
difficult to match an outfit properly. For the closest thing to
actual white light, mix and match normal light types (filament,
fluorescent, halogen, etc), or pick up a few "spread spectrum" or "full
spectrum" style bulbs. |
