It's amazing how quickly a prime beachfront resort to the stars can turn into a worn-out has been community with a garbage disposal problem. Aging retreats continue to dot the waterfronts of many cities, the hallmark of which is always the the modern, covered, infinitely long bench system. How any city planner would forsee the need for this quantity of uncomfortably seated shade and yet not put in a sunblock booth is beyond me. |
